On Wednesday, December 15th, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, Her Honour Elizabeth Dowdeswell hosted a reception in honour of Kathryn E Langley Hope, Vice Chair of Toronto Search and Rescue – Marine. Representatives of the many organizations in which Kathryn has been involved over the years were in attendance.
